FSN-Hospitality’s contractors have been hard at work throughout the Hawaiian Islands on renovations and new builds. From floors to ceilings, windows to walls, no project is too large or small. We’ll start by highlighting a few projects that employed our full range of finishing professionals, including paint, wall covering, glazing, drywall finish and flooring specialists.
Featured Renovation Projects:
Turtle Bay Resort
The Turtle Bay Resort first opened on Oahu in 1972. A $250 million renovation upgraded the resort for its 50th birthday. Taken down to the studs, the whole property was given a fresh look. The open-air lobby has been dramatically overhauled, providing ocean views from all angles. Significant improvements were made to the main building’s guestrooms, along with upgrades to standalone bungalows. Most of the work has already been completed.
Sheraton Waikiki
The Sheraton Waikiki is an iconic oceanfront resort with 32 floors and 1,636 guest rooms. The luxury resort underwent a $102 million renovation and brand transformation as it turned 50, with design and functional upgrades to guestrooms, lobbies, hallways, and elevator landings. There are breathtaking ocean views from most rooms, so windows were a high priority during the renovation.
Grand Wailea, a Waldorf Astoria Resort (Ongoing)
Located on 40 acres along Wailea Beach in Maui, Grand Wailea has been undergoing its most extensive renovations since the resort opened over 30 years ago. The resort revitalized its Botero Lounge, totally revamped its exclusive Napua rooms, suites and private lounge, and transformed its restaurant. Once completed, the redesigned spaces and amenities will offer guests an authentic Hawaiian experience.
