1. Overview of the Network

Finishing Solutions Network (“FSN”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) is an industry alliance that connects project owners, developers, architects, and general contractors with pre-screened, certified specialty contractors across North America. Our advisory and contractor-matching services are provided at zero cost to project owners and general contractors.

2. Nature of Advisory & Referral Services

FSN operates exclusively as a referral, match-making, and trade-advisory network. FSN is not a general contractor, subcontractor, or direct employer of trade personnel, nor does FSN directly perform commercial, industrial, or architectural construction or finishing scopes.

3. Independent Contractor Relationship

All member contractors within the FSN directory and network are independent business entities. Any proposal, contract, warranty, or agreement for construction services, surface preparation, glazing, industrial coating, or related scopes is executed directly between the project owner/general contractor and the selected member contractor. FSN is not a party to, nor responsible for, the terms or execution of any trade contract or subcontract.

4. Credentialing and User Due Diligence

While FSN verifies member contractor qualifications—including licensing, insurance, bonding capacity, and safety certs (e.g., AMPP, NACE, NCCER, NACC, AGMT, OSHA)—information provided on the Site is for general informational and referral purposes. Project owners and general contractors maintain the ultimate responsibility to perform standard project-level due diligence, contract verification, and scope reviews prior to executing binding agreements.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, branding, logos, graphics, and text contained on this Site are the intellectual property of Finishing Solutions Network or its content licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from Site content without express written authorization from FSN.

6. External Links and Third-Party Content

This Site may contain links to third-party news outlets, industry trade publications, press releases, or external partner websites. FSN does not monitor or control third-party content and assumes no responsibility for the accuracy, privacy practices, or availability of external sites.

7. Limitation of Liability
